Pros:
Cons: Inadequate meat content, byproducts, low quality grains and fillers

The primary ingredient in this food is a grain fragment. Rice is a decent quality grain, but in flour form (in dog food, commonly a byproduct of human food production) this is a grain fragment we consider primarily filler. The same can be said of wheat flour, the next grain in the ingredient list. Wheat is also considered by many to be the leading cause of food allergies in dog food. Corn is a difficult to digest grain of limited value, also present as fragments. In gluten meal form it is "the dried residue from corn after the removal of the larger part of the starch and germ, and the separation of the bran by the process employed in the wet milling manufacture of corn starch or syrup, or by enzymatic treatment of the endosperm." In plain English: that which remains of corn after most of the nutritious bits have been removed. Wheat gluten is similar. Cellulose is “purified, mechanically disintegrated cellulose prepared by processing alpha cellulose obtained as a pulp from fibrous plant materials”: otherwise known as sawdust.

The sole meat-related ingredient in the food is by-products. Chicken by-product meal - a very low quality ingredient. This is defined as "consisting of the ground, rendered, clean parts of the carcass of slaughtered chicken, such as necks, feet, undeveloped eggs and intestines, exclusive of feathers, except in such amounts as might occur unavoidable in good processing practice".

Overall, this looks to be a very low quality product that is primarily a collection of low grade grain fragments. The sole meat related product, which is not the main ingredient, is byproducts.
