Pros: First two ingredients are named meat products, generally good quality ingredients
Cons:

The first two ingredients in this food are named meat products, as is the fourth. The latter is a meat meal ingredients. The first is, however, inclusive of water content. Once this is removed, as it must be to create a dry food product, the ingredient will weigh around 20% of its wet weight, and may be more accurately placed further down the ingredient list than indicated. In this case, a meat product in meal form would still heading the ingredient list (i.e. already dehydrated) which allows us to continue to have confidence in the meat content of the food.

The grains used in this food are generally of good quality, though perhaps are a bit too prolific. Pea protein will boost the protein content of the food, but this is low quality protein compared to meat. We appreciate the use of whole eggs in the food, but consider tomato pomace to be fuller.

The product contains a decent range of fruit and vegetables, and an excellent range of probiotics. We note the use of citric acid as a preservative, indicating that this food should not be premoistened prior to feeding.
