Pros: First three ingredients are named meat products, good quality ingredients, grain-free
Cons:

The first three ingredients in this food are all named meat products. The first two are in meal form, whilst the third is inclusive of water content. Once that is removed, as it must be to create a dehydrated product, the ingredient will weigh around 20% of its wet weight and may not be the true third ingredient in the food but rather more accurately placed further down the ingredient list. Since it was preceeded by two meat meal ingredients (already dehydrated) this does not give rise to concerns about the meat content of the food. There are further meat meal ingredients 7th and 12th on the ingredient list, but these are too far down to make any substantial contribution to the overall meat content.

The primary starch content comes from potatoes, which are a good source of carbohydrates. We appreciate the inclusion of whole egg in the food, and the range of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good range of probiotics.

Overall, this looks to be a good quality product with a decent meat content. We appreciate the grain-free nature of the food. Grains are not a natural foodstuff for canines, and it is good to see a further product on the market that removes these from the diet.
