Pros: First ingredient is a named meat product.
Cons: Minimum acceptable meat content.

The first ingredient in the food is a named meat product in meal form. There is a further meat meal ingredient sixth on the list, followed by a meat product (chicken) inclusive of water content.

The second, third and fourth ingredients are ground barley, oats and rice which are a decent quality grains. However, the food starts to appear to be overly heavy in grain content and would be amongst the lowest rated in this category.

The remaining ingredients are predominantly good quality, though we consider tomato pomace to be filler. We appreciate the inclusion of some amount of fruits and vegetables in the food.
