Pros: First four ingredients are named meat products, grainless, good overall meat content, quality ingredients throughout
Cons:

The first four ingredients in this food are named meat (fish) products. The first of these is meat inclusive of water content (about 80%). Once the water is removed as it must be to create a dry product, this ingredients will weigh around 20% of its wet weight. It is thus unlikely that it is truely the first ingredient, but would be more accurately placed further down the ingredient list. Since it is followed by three meat meal ingredients, however, this does nothing to diminish our confidence in the overall meat content of the food, which is further supported by the macronutrient breakdown. We appreciate the manufacturers statement regarding the use of ethoxyquin-free protein sources in the food.

Potatoes are the primary carbohydrate and starch source, with further fruits and vegetables amongst the minor ingredients. Tomato pomace and pea fiber are fiber sources we consider primarily filler. This food uses canola oil as the primary fat source, which although not the highest quality oil is supported by salmon oil for additional omega 3 & 6 OFAs. The food contains a useful range of probiotics.

Overall, this appears a quality product with a good amount of meat included. We are pleased to see another grainless product on the market, offering a more natural diet for canines.
