The first and third ingredients in the food are named meat sources.
The use of wheat flour is a significant negative however, it is a grain fragment (filler) and wheat is believed to be the number one cause of allergy problems in dog food. Pasta is a further wheat-based ingredient. Rice bran is also filler. Rice, flaxseed, potatoes and vegetables are decent quality ingredients but these occur a long was down the ingredient list.
